Quote entry

Ask for a scoped quote without forcing the guest into the app first.

This route is the commercial fallback. It captures just enough context to scope the work and then hands off into live concierge, sign-in, or both.

Quote laneEquipment

Boot fitting, ski setup, and premium rental coordination before the guest arrives.

Quote laneTransport

Transfers, airport runs, and same-day movement with pickup timing clearly scoped.

Quote laneTrip planning

Pre-arrival planning where the guest needs one priced answer before they commit.

What we need

A quote only works when the request is narrow enough to price honestly.

Stay window

Arrival date, departure date, and whether this is pre-arrival or in-stay work.

Party profile

Guest count, children, and any sizing or transport constraints that affect the quote.

Decision speed

Whether the guest needs a same-day answer, a planning estimate, or a confirmed commercial offer.

Quote intake

Submit a lightweight quote on the web before the guest enters the full app.

This capture stays deliberately narrow. It writes a persisted backend handoff reference so the next step can move into live auth or concierge without losing the guest’s commercial context.

Stay on the web

Hand-off

Continue in the live system once the quote is ready to become a real guest flow.

Use sign-in for a proper Sommet session, or drop the guest into concierge when a human follow-up is still the right move.

If the Sommet app does not open on this device, the quote intake above still gives the guest a web-native fallback.

FallbackUse request entry

Switch to request entry when the guest already knows the service window and the work is operational rather than commercial.
